What is Trash Valet?

A trash valet service is a convenient solution where our team picks up your trash from your doorstep or designated area and disposes of it on your scheduled collection days. It saves you the hassle of taking your trash to the curb!

How does the service work?

On pickup days, simply place your trash in the designated spot, and our valets will handle the rest. We'll take care of transporting your waste to the proper disposal location.

What items can be placed in the trash?

You can place typical household waste in the containers we provide, such as food scraps, packaging, and general waste. However, please do not include hazardous materials, or items that can potentially have glass.

What if I have a complaint or issue with the service?

We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team at help@gettrashit.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

What should I do if I have extra trash?

If you anticipate having extra trash or bulk items, just put it besides the provided trash can that was provided for you. Our valet team will pick it up. Remember Trash IT, Leave IT, and We Clean IT!
